PDA is the guide, call, and my lived experience through this is because I’m a PDA’er and found these connections not only unmistakable with the dynamic nature of this disability and the disabling nature of Awakening in general.

But you don’t need to be Autistic or a PDA’er to benefit from this offering.

You can be anyone — Artist, outcast, parent, healthcare worker, disabled, late-identified neurodivergent, marginalized, traumatized and burnt out AF in 2026, or simply you know a container has been opened and you can’t go back.

This is de-pathologizing, disability-centered, gentle support and guidance weaving experiences of loss, isolation, marginalization, illness, and discovery of neuro-affirming processing styles and energetic sovereignty in life’s difficult ways and transitions. We start where you are.
